Order Processing & Delivery Time

After an order is successfully placed, it will normally be processed and prepared for shipment within 5 business days.

Once dispatched, delivery generally takes 10–20 business days, depending on the shipping destination and the carrier’s delivery schedule.

Please note that delivery time may vary due to factors such as:

After your package has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number.

Shipping Cost

All orders are subject to a standard international shipping fee of $2.99 USD.

Orders can be delivered to most countries worldwide.

In rare cases where a destination cannot be serviced by available logistics partners, customers will be notified and assisted with alternative solutions.

Address Changes

Requests to update a shipping address must be submitted before 11:00 PM (PDT, GMT -7) on the same day the order is placed.

Once the order has entered the fulfillment process, changes may no longer be possible.

If you need to request an address update, please contact customer support as soon as possible.

Alternative Delivery Address

Orders may be delivered to a location different from the billing address used for payment, provided the shipping details are entered correctly during checkout.


Shipping Days

Orders are processed and shipped during regular business days (Monday to Friday), excluding public holidays.

Orders placed on weekends will be processed on the next working day.


Warehousing & Fulfillment

Products may be shipped from regional fulfillment centers depending on stock availability.

Certain items may also be manufactured and dispatched from production facilities located in the United States, Canada, or Australia.
